This cluster supports fruit-based products made from Himalayan orchards and seasonal village harvests. Producer groups work with apricot, fig and other mountain fruits through small-batch cooking, sorting and preserve-making. The cluster keeps fruit quality, clean handling and respectful seasonal sourcing at the centre of the Amaley product story.
